Consumer Privacy Policy

Protecting your privacy is important to us; we want to be open with you on how and why we use your personally identifiable information, what’s known following the advent of the 2019 GDPR rules that harmonised data protection across Europe as PII.

In some ways, super-boring, But in reality, the new rules were designed to give you — as a consumer — more control than ever over the ways companies like ours use your personal data. Doesn’t sound all that exciting, does it?

But, in reality, the whole point of GDPR is to make sure that we can’t do anything with the data you entrust to us than exactly – and explicitly – what you gave us permission to do.

In most cases, most folks will likely be happy clicking “I agree” when we ask you to sign up. But life’s dynamic and just because you give us the OK today, it doesn’t follow that you’ll be happy to green-light our use of your data forever.

That’s why we’ve spent a bunch of time to make sure that you have the right and the ability — at any point from Day One onwards — to change your mind and ask us to back off.

To make life easier, we’ve summarised the key highlights of our consumer privacy policy here. If you’re wired that way, our our summary Privacy Policy can be picked up by clicking the icon, over to the right.

It’s a fab read, obviously, especially if you’re struggling to sleep after that final, ill-advised triple espresso not long before bedtime.

But — as boring as this stuff is to anyone who doesn’t make a living from data protection — this stuff matters. Truly. To you, your data, your rights and your future.
Which is why you can read, review, download and agree (or disagree) with the long-form text by opening and reading the Full Privacy Policy text via the icon, in the margins on the right.

And — because we believe in full, 100%, near-embarrassing transparency — the policy text includes just about every email address you could ever need, even (or especially) if all you want to do is complain.

Enjoy, and relax… (we’ve got this)!
